Call for a Tenure Track Faculty Research Position

The Department of Criminology, Bar Ilan University invites relevant candidates to submit an application for a tenure track research position at the level of lectureror senior lecturer. Priority will be given to excellent candidates whose research interests explore novel and under-represented topics within the faculty's existing areas of expertise (e.g. ai, technology and crime/therapy, policing). Clinical research and experience is an advantage but not essential.

The successful applicant will have:

➢ Degrees in criminology, psychology, sociology, education, social work or related fields

➢ Post-doctoral research, preferable from outside Israel.

➢ A proven record of excellence in research (e.g. publications in international peer-reviewed journals, grants, prizes, post-doctorate)

➢ Teaching experience is an advantage

➢ Ability to integrate and work in a team

Candidates must be fluent in Hebrew at a level sufficient for teaching.

• 2-3 representative articles
